Responsibility

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot IT-related issues and provide technical support to staff.
• Ensure network security, data protection, and system backups.
• Manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
• Implement IT policies and best practices within the organization.
• Collaborate with vendors for IT purchases, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and user manuals.

Experience & Requirement

The candidate must have prior experience in it officer with a proven track record of performance. Must be responsible, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines.

• Bachelor�s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and enterprise software.
• Experience with network configuration (LAN, WAN, VPN) and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with database management and cloud computing services.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide efficient IT support.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or ITIL are an added advantage.
